2011 Streetglide. Radio functions all ok except NO SOUND from speakers. Volume control shows inc/dec as it should, all other functions ok. Just like its muted even though the volume indicator says not. Any ideas?? Thanks, Mark

Check for a blown fuse. See your manual for location of amp fuse. Good luck Mark :).

I had that happen on my 2007.  Radio had to be replaced under warranty.  It was an internal circuit board issue.  Did it again after warranty was out so I dealt with Iron Cross Audio myself.  They service the Harley Harman-Kardon system since the start.  $250 flat fee and 2 day turn around.  1 year warranty and discounted service if unit fails outside of warranty.  Best deal around that I found, and they can add some goodies to the unit too.

x3 for Iron Cross.  Had them change the face color on my '08, and add an additional input on the back of the radio for my Zumo input.

check your speaker selector switch, plug in your headset into the console jack to see if you have sound through your headset having intermittent issues with my speaker switch.

X-2 , had two of them done , Tony puts an upgraded board in and also in a batwing bike they have a problem with the radio banging  on the riser bolts.  New ones have a shorter head to keep that from happening
