You're choosing to run a small air compressor off the small circuit originally intended for lighter loads.  One of those things that will be fine right up until the moment it no longer is.
The horn switch gets it 12V from the accessory fuse 15amp circuit which also powers the stop, tail, directional and run lamps. The horn for the mini beast is the Stebel Nautilus Compact that is rated by Stebel at < or = 18Amp. I think you should reconsider installing the horn relay. It's not that difficult a job.
 Photo is where I located a Stebel Compact air horn since I have a cooling fan mounted at the former horn location.

Another view. I used the HD premium air horn mounting kit and a three piece clamp to install. Oh yea, horn relay which comes with kit was used.
