changing headlight bulbs in an 09 road glide

I bought a new stronger headlight and i am not sure how to take the old ones out, are there any suggestions???? Do i have to split the faring because i have heard that you didn't in order to change the lights,

please offer any suggestions and pictures if you can

This is for a 2009 cvo road glide

You will have to take the outer shell off to access the bulbs.
