Anyone Changing out Windshield...if so...to what? Pic's?

Has anyone changed out their windshield yet...  I am looking at the 8.5 or 10.5 Klock werks flare ....

I always look through the windshield, with this particular one since it is 2 inches closer to the rider there is a reflection from the dash.

At night the lights from the instrument panel will also reflect a bit.

I like the shield and for the most part keeps the wind 2 to 3 inches further away from the stock.

The shield does shake a bit at idle, but once you are rolling it settles out.

That my friend is my story and I am sticking to it....  :)

JCZ , are you looking over the windshield or thru it with the 8.5 ? If over it , how much? How does this shield compare to the Clearshield brand. On the clearshield you can wash it with any cleaner due to the type of material it's made of and it's thicker than stock.

Look over it about an inch.  I'm 6'3" and sitting in a Corbn seat (lower than stock).  With the curve, it still sends the wind up over the top of my helmet.  The wife has 6" dark tint on her Street Glide.  I believe they're made of Lexan, also.  You can confirm that with Windvest easily enough.

How tall are you.....and are you looking over it? I have had the recurved smoke clearview shields before and like their products. How much was it?
