I read a shoot-out in Motorcyclist magazine and they put the stock '09 SEUC on a dyno.

Results were 75hp (76.04 PS) and 88lbs/ft (119.18 Nm). Unfortunately dyno's can vary by type and even from dyno-to-dyno of the same type - so it's only really useful if bike "A" and bike "B" are run on the same dyno under the same environmental conditions. One thing that is interesting is if you believe the rag numbers above, that's a 25% drop from crank to wheel which is really high (even for a shaft drive setup). Remember, H-D claims 115lbs/ft at the crank for the 110 motor in the SEUC.

If the driveline drop is consistent for HP, then it would place the crank HP at ~100, or 101.39 PS.
That number seems consistent with what is stated on "the papers".

I seriously doubt that you can change the information based on a dyno test.  Since it is used for taxation and insurance purposes, I have to believe it is a similar situation to the one here where the number is just a calculation from other data and has nothing to do with measured output.  You should be able to find out what that number truly means from your local motor vehicle officials.

I could afford to get a SESG if that were the case.   :huepfenjump3:  :huepfenjump3:  :huepfenjump3:
