my wife kept her 03 1200 for exactly 6 mos. loved it until she was ready for the Highway, then came the soft tail. Put maybe 1k into the sporty, pipes, solo seat. still have some parts in storage. I rode it once.

Reason why I always buy my cars, trucks, and bikes using a credit line secured by my house. I get the titles and the payment adjustment is nil AND....I get to write off the interest. My suggestion is to never use a "dead" loan to buy anything. Interest on "dead" loans are not a write off and the loans are hard to get these days..... However, the good new is that my good credit is now worth having. It was getting old that buttheads with crappy credit were getting house loans as cheap as me.

I've had the 1200 Custom for 4 years. Grandson,s bike, and he is away at school, I enjoy riding it for a change from the bagger.
Has some mods not many. Quick, agile, and fun to ride!
