Put a few miles on the CVO King yesterday doing errands after dropping off the CVO road glide for service and warranty work.

Well I can tell you what I did not do. I did not ride today and I still have not cleaned the bugs off from last week. ::)

Got the Fullsac cores and tech mats in, replaced a battery in the fob, removed the Rush mufflers, and ran out of time before reassemblly could get done. Boy is it dirty back in there, I'll get it washed up and reassembled layer this week.

Completed the Kyle Petty Charity Run from Seattle to Key Largo Fla - 3700 miles, 9 days with another 250 riders on Sunday. Dropped bike off Sunday at Peterson’s H-D south Miami for shipment to NJ for a ride with my old bros to get a main lobster roll!

Got to heat cycle my build today, had one small oil leak at the Jagg adapter where the oil lines hook up, problem solved. It seems like it’s gonna be a good ride. I’m just a parts changer, along with a few speciality tools I got the job done. All the work was done by me except I did send the heads off. I hope I get the reliability that I’m after. This is the most I’ve ever done to a bike at one time. Wish me luck, I need it, hasn’t been on the road yet.

My short list of the work:

S&S 4 3/8 crankshaft
SE lefty bearings both sides
S&S oil pump/plate
TTS 150 cams
SE tapered pushrods
S&S premium lifters
New jugs/pistons (Harley) 10.0 compression, stock, maybe
.030 head gaskets
SE rocker supports
S&S rockers
rocker lockers
Stock heads cleaned up/new components
SE 58mm throttle body, 5.3 injectors
Fullsac dx header pipe ceramic coated inside too, 2.25 muffler cores
Jagg fan assisted oil cooler
Replaced all sensors
Baker DD7
Baker +1.5 oil pan
Baker inner primary bearing
Baker shift arm
 clutch hub bearing
Throwout bearing
Primary chain
SE chain adjuster
Rebuilt starter
Alto carbonate clutch pak, Aim 95 lockup, 380# spring
Swing arm bearings
New pulley/belt/ sprocket
Ceramic hybrid wheel bearings
Handlebar bushings
Neck bearings
Motor mount
Tires, Avon cobra
Seals and gaskets

I hope to see ya on the road  :orange:
