Got the inspection done, rode around for a a half hour and took some pictures (of course!).

Put 165 miles on her yesterday, on some of the twisties near Mountain Home and Bull Shoals Lake, as you can see below.
Contrary to what it may look like out there in the distance, the lake is within a foot of being at "full pool", which is to say..."normal pool".
The water was super clear, but won't be ready for swimming until early June without a wetsuit.  The high was right at 70 degrees yesterday, the low tonight will be around 31. 
Fickle later winter weather, but I was really happy for a beautiful day to take her out!

And one more with the Bull Shoals Dam in the background from yesterday's ride.  At the time the dam was completed, it was the 5th largest in the country of its type.
The water in the lake at maximum capacity (I've seen it like that back in 2011), is enough water to fill 5,760,000 acres of land one foot deep.  It is the 16th largest reservoir in the country and a retirement paradise!

Nice looking lake and dam Harry.  That was one of my jobs before I retired was for design and inspect dams.

Put 150 miles on the skunk today... First real day of riding in 5 months. Nothing better than 2 wheels and sunshine
