Installed a new shiny shift linkage.  Put 1100 miles on the bike last week riding to Myrtle Beach and Daytona.

Swapped the stock headpipe and Street cannons for Jackpot headpipe and High Rollers, yesterday. Data logged about 100 miles today with the PV and Target Tune

Just a couple changes. Removed the muffler plugs, studied on the autotune feature on my FP3 a bit and replaced the red reflectors with clear on both saddlebags...a subtle change but really looks better to me.

I like the clear reflectors better, Howard!  Where did you find them, at HD or somewhere else?

You are so right.  I guess Amazon is the new WalMart now, huh?  I spend way too much on Amazon, although I've noticed that they've begun to add state taxes on to my purchases.  Still, I can do a fair amount of research on the product and see if there's some other reputable seller out there who still offers free shipping and no state tax.  Thanks, Howard!

I removed the stock compensator of my 2010 FLHXSE.  After 42k+ miles, it finally started talking back to me after I had a Fuel Moto 126" Outlaw engine installed last fall.

After that, I ordered new parts:
  • Baker Armored Attitude Primary Chain Tensioner
  • Evolution Industries 34T Solid Sprocket
  • Deka Replacement Battery (Coming up on 8yrs with the stock battery!)

Had tappets replaced by an Indy just before MIM with S&S and SE adjustable pushrods.  They were making such a racket during the 2000 mile round trip to ES that I decided to redo the pushrod adjustment to the S&S recommended preload.  Much quieter now. I suspect the Indy who was prior HD tech adjusted to 0.10 preload.  Stock lifters looked very good when pulled at 20 k miles.

Sweet!  I took my wife down Christmas tree pass one year while we were in Vegas!  The south side of the ridge is awesome!!!
