Put my new tags on the 23CVO, Pan America Special, Fatboy and Corvette.  Crappy rainy day.  Love the looks of the Yaffe Plate frame but its a pain to take off and reinstall.

Thanks for the reminder. I have to remove the one off the 12 if I can find the stock fixture

It will fit the 23, and 24 CVO's.  Also will fit the 24 Road Glide and Street Glide with the new body work.

Sold her.   2 1/2 years riding in Phoenix area and just couldn't do it any more.  Drivers are beyond terrible in town and can't get out of the valley without an hour 1/2 plus on the freeway.  Can only ride through Prescott and Jerome so many times.   Lots of nice riding in South Carolina where you can never touch a freeway for several states over, not so much here.

I had to pick up a prescription, weather was nice so I took the CVO.  23 miles to the Pharmacy.  Ended up riding a nice 88 miles.  Going to be  nicer today but have to take my wife in for cataract surgery, for the second eye.

Took a nice leisurely 350 mile ride to visit friends in Ft Mojave AZ yesterday. Weather was perfect, no winds!
They put me up in the “Harley Room” this time, it has a Corsair diving out of the ceiling!
Great time last night especially the filet dinner at the local steak house, thanks guys.

New suspension on the bike is great! I’ve been over this route many times and it can have some bad spots. The bike handles very nice now, even when passing over triple digits!

Dave, you remember the power of your 2019, is the new bike similar?

Yes I remember the power of the 2019.  No, this bike is not near that powerful.  The new bike does have a wider and flatter torque curve than my previous M8 motors except the built 19.  Power output on this VVT motor is similar to a Harley 131 Kit, but the VVT has a better torque curve.

I do think once the aftermarket can tune the bike, a simple came change will make a very big difference.  A High Flow Air cleaner and slip ons are worth 8 foot pounds torque. Low 130's,

I took a nice little 114 mile ride, it was a sunny 54 degree day.  Stopped by the dealer to have the plastic trim peace around the fork lock replaced under warranty.

I also scheduled an Appointment for the Pan America Special to have a software update and to replace the chain, front and rear sprockets.  The single use nut for front sprocket final came in.  I was going to do it but there is no master link.  The center stand has to be removed to remove the chain.  Trying to get the springs off it while on a lift was to sketchy for me.

The Chain is for sure, 22K miles.  The bike has seen off road, and some mud.  Sprockets do not look bad at all.  I was always told if you replace the chain you replace the sprockets.  I just do not understand why no master link.  Other higher power sport bikes have chains with master link.  Harley just making it where we would rather they do the work.

Master links have been disappearing for awhile now.  Need to have chain breaker / installer kit handy these days.  It's a pain to use and you can mess the links and pins up if your not careful.  I prefer / miss master links also but you find less and less of them, cheaper to not provide one I guess just pick a random link and bust out the chain link kit.

Rode 56 miles to the Dealer, had the chain, front and rear sprockets replaced on the Pan America Special.  Also had the latest software version installed.  Was a nice ride home, nice day 60 degrees.

Traded both of them in on this. Parts are already arriving for it. Still at the dealership waiting on a GDO to get installed and programmed then they'll deliver it.
