This is my buddy's 2019 CVO Street Glide with factory lowers and Boom Audio speakers in them. I never would have thought the heavy breather would fit, but here it is. Direct bolt on from a 2019 CVO Road Glide.

I would answer with "This isn't getting any air because you are in a vacuum stage with it so close to the lowers?" The RG doesn't have the lowers so it can get that Ram Air.

I'm thinking it's going to suck the sound out of that speaker.
Just kidding. I think  it will draw air just fine.
If you hold your phone sideways to take pictures have the shutter button on the right.
Than the pictures will be right side up.

Isn't  the idea of having a ram air cleaner is to have the air forced /rammed down into combustion chamber?  This air cleaner may draw air fine however defeats the purpose. If were mine i would change to a ventilator air cleaner. i'm not an expert but the air fuel ratios may change. just my nickels worth.

Not sure that's the way to go. I really don't think it will fliw flow enough air. I have no lowers on my 19 so I think it's OK. I went with a screaming eagle Chisel unit on my16 with lowers and it works very well. Stuart

the high flow heavy breathers are not ram air. unless the intake is up parallel to the forks there is no ram air effect. what the heavy breather actually does is bring in cooler air. the stock air boxes for the most part pull air from the back near the cylinders. any air cleaner that brings the air in from farther away from the cylinders is cooler air and that is denser. just taking the cover off a cvo round air cleaner will make a bump on a dyne sheet.
