Does the big shots staggered from V&H fits on a Fxstsse3??

I would like to exchange my exhaust on my CVO Springer 09 for the V&H Short Shots.
But these should cause a big torque loss.
Now I would agree with the big shots staggered.
On the Web-Side from V&H stands that they exclude the assembly for a Rocker and also for Fxstsse3!!
Can somebody say me, why they do not fit on a Fxstsse3?
Nevertheless, the connections would have to be the same ones...

Have used them with the original engine for year and half, the new Factory 2009 engine is in my 2007 FXSTSSE now and

these Short Shots were just a little too loud for my neighbors, so I installed the quiet baffles. Runs great and sounds great.

Seems to fit on a Fxstsse1 and 2.
Why not on a Fxstsse3??

Reason they won't fit: The 2009 has different oil tank and oil lines that interfere, as well as a wider rear wheel/swingarm.

try to see if the pro pipe will fit have it on my 07 spring and realy  like the look and the preformance ....

You have to look at pipes that fit the Rocker. Exhausts that fit 07 & 08 Springers wont fit our 09's.

I've been looking at 2-2 because I like the look. I'll give up a couple ponies for the look and sound I want.

I had the big shots staggered on my 08 for a day. I replaced them with the big radius 2/2. In my opinion, while they sounded excellent, they didn't go with the bike that well, appearance-wise. The lines of a springer look much better with a curved pipe rather than straight pipes. (IMO)

I have not used my bike since the new exhaust install. However, from what I have read and been told, the power and torque( with a computer re-tune) should be slightly better than the stock pipes , but not as good as a 2 into 1 system.

IMHO the upper pipe might blue the swing-arm end tip. Have a look here http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=40371.0.

That's why I go ahead with the V&H Big Radius 2-2. So far no blueing effect. Fingers crossed.

That's one of the reasons I was thinking of buying BUB 7 slip ons vs the whole exhaust system for my bike.
