With Terry's excellent review of the transformation jacket, I couldn't find one in my size locally before MV..  Ended up buying the newer version (Switchback, I believe it's now called) and couldn't have been happier in MV..   The leather jacket has been relegated to below 40 degrees.   Nice to know they shed water even without the liner.

Terry,
finally got a good chance to try out the jacket. Weekend ride of about 400 miles, temps in am 40's to afternoon 70's, able to layer with Underarmour shirt, windstopper jacket, and HD jacket. Peeled off most with the "mesh" jacket left. No problems with heat or cold while riding. Now I guess all those leather jackets will get to see alot of dust! john

Glad you're happy with the jacket, John...it really is a versatile piece of gear.  The leather jacket only sees wear when it's going to be cold and I know it's going to stay that way most of the day.   :2vrolijk_21:
