I had used a few ideas up, not totally happy with them for the most part tho. I think they all look geeky and none of them remove any RUB factor.

Pants bloused (tucked in there Spyde) did NOT decrease the dork factor.

Blousing rubber on the outside of the boot was not a bad fix, cost less than 2 bucks.

Found a strap similar to this one in "Michaels" made for keeping the bottom sheet fixed on the bed or the ironing board pad tight, it too was only a couple bucks... but it had no adjust-ability, so if I stretched out the sombitch would snap off, potentially smacking some chrome  :shocked2:  or coming off completely.

Total all of this together, I am not up to 20 bucks yet, but these do look cool... :bandana:

A lot of great ideas for keeping the pants down......my only problem w/ all of them is that they all restrict access to my ankle holster in boot.  :nervous:  aaarrgh.   spyder

I've never had a problem keeping my pants down, but I think I'll buy a pair of these anyway :-[

Those that have these are you leaving them on after you stop/get off bike? Just wondering how they fit/look/feel when you're not on the bike.

Why would a man who wears a thong care about keeping his pants down? :huepfenjump3: :huepfenlol2:

May be a market for a thong shaped pants leg holder down elastic contraption.  I nominate d00d to model it for the board, if anybody comes up with one.

I see.  Clearly.

I volunteer to be photographer for the above, but cannot guarantee the pics could be posted here due to the possibility of exposed flora or fauna.......

I just got a set - well, had them for a bit, but just got the scooter out for the first time. Anyway, I get them adjusted and clasped correctly, I think, and they are popping off while walking. Kind of a pain in the ass having to stop immedaitely so you don't crunch them under your boots.  Then when you get on the bike, and bend your knees, the pants get so tight that the jeans on your knees are uncomfortable. If I loosen them up a bit, then they slop around when walking - causing them to fall off again.

I will say that is nice not having your pant leg sliding up your legs when it's in the 40's, but gosh, so far it seems these things are more trouble than they are worth. I was actually thinking a better solution would to put a single snap on the inside of my boots and riding jeans just fitted loosely. As long as the cuff doesn't go over the boot, that's cool.

I have the jingling spurs versions. A little too jingly for my taste. Very well made, I just don't like drawing attention to myself. Will order a plain Jane version next time.
