I must bow before you...Nope...never been to many of those...I like to pick up my own shirts but have a few gifts...including Japan and Austrailia...but I put a stop to that and our parent's no longer get them for us.

The t-shirts are our souvenir of our visit to a place...

I gave up trying toe get every dealer in some states but I do have all of NY and all NE dealers from Caribou to Cape Cod to Stamfor to Burlington.

One more and I will have all of VA...that is on tap for Sept.

Some become favs and have been worn out and relegated to sleep/work shirts like the one I have on right now.

I put new never worn on top in the dresser and make an effort to use them first...I have about 5 of those...Then there are the new worn once on a trip and I have about 15 of those.  After I wear these once, I move them to the bottom of the closet pile and move some from the top of the closet pile and put them at the bottom of the dresser pile.

It is a system that works for me...I usually don't try to pick the shirt to match something else but once in a while, a gold shirt gets worn on the SED  ;)

What I ended up doing was have three drawers full of shirts and just emptying out one drawer before I add more clean ones. I then go to another drawer and repeat the process until I've worn them all then start over again. I've had to stack some in the closet until a drawer gets empty and I can fill it back up.

I do on occasion color match my outfits (orange of course ;)), but don't do it that often out of rotation.

What is this drawer and folder stuff ?
Every shirt I own hangs from a large diameter plastic hanger in my closet.
The H-D shirts alone take up 8 feet of closet space.    8)

This thread must have been what prompted Linda to go through all of mine. All 76 are now organized, refolded, and stacked in order of size.

Mine are all the same size....XL.  I just don't fluctuate that much.  But my ex wife used to have them all hung in my closet (so they're not wrinkeled when I get ready to put one on) sorted by colors.  That was actually kind of cool, but Terrie's not going there. :nixweiss:

Thanks for posting that picture Bill..........it's proof positive to Terrie that I don't have "to many" HD shirts (even though some are several years old and still have the tags on them). :2vrolijk_21:

Hmmm, good thing Terrie doesn't log onto the site otherwise we'd be reading about H-D t-shirts used as a deadly weapon. :nervous: ;D

It wouldn't matter if she saw this......her reply would still be the same.... "if you want them hung up and sorted by color no problem, get up and do it".

She and my ex wife have met and they got along fine....they're both mature and confident.  So no jealousy or insecurity. :nixweiss:

Wasn't thinking of jealousy/insecurity more so thinking you comparing/expecting/wanting her to do something the ex did was dangerous. Never been married before but if I were to say to wifey that so and so did this/that for me and you don't I'd be in a world of chit. :nervous:

I have 3 and only have worn 2 of them.
I know the rules  ::) 1 was a gift but I was never there so I can't wear it.
Another 1 was a gift but I was there so I do wear it, just not when I am out riding. (that may change soon)
Then there is the 1 that I actually bought.
I don't even know how many shops I have been too before I finally bought 1.

I still think you should wallpaper a game room with them or something so they all are on display.

Whenever I go on a tour I'll take the most worn and leave in the motel rooms or use as my daily bike rag while on the trip. Trouble is I tend to buy 3 times the amount I throw out. Must have hundreds of the things.

Most with us I assume!

Would need to come up with some type of backing board like the shops use to pu up on the wall.  Not a bad Idea for a wall in the garage...wear twice, then apply to wall...hmmmm
