I hit 15K with no issues at all other than the front tire problem and the seat like most every one did. It's been smooth sailing...Oil changes and a little polishing is all. The Pro Charger is rock solid with 6K and the PC wide band self tune has worked flawlessly for 6K. Have to say I am a Happy camper at this point. :drink:
-
Glad yours is running well!
I'm past 19K miles. Picked it up Oct. '08 so it was one of the earlier units. Had various issues but no motor problems. Here's my list: 2009 SERG Warranty Claims -- How many?? (http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=37521.0) The pain of that experience seems to be fading. Currently need a new rear brake support for Chrome pealing. And the beat goes on.... Extended warranty starts in Oct.
-
Just under 16K.
Rear brake light switch failed.
Radio replaced...still not right, although it may be a handle bar switch this time. My radio problems are intermitent, so naturally it does't act up when at the dealer.
All else is good. Lovin' every minute of it!!
-
i don't have that many stock parts anymore
-
30K, last 5 with me... still loving it.
Friend gave me a small CB for it, so I will have an Ultra SERG after all LOL
-
Just turned 17K and still with the original rear tire. I am impressed. Other than the front tire warranty replacement, this bike has been exceptional. And now with a detachable TP I have no reason to look at the Ultra RG.
Dave
-
27k on mine. Just the tire issue which HD replaced both and then at 8k had the cam shaft bearing go when I was in Vegas for POT Training last year. Might be having some starter shaft/gear issues. Getting it checked out. Still love my Silver SERG though. Might get a SERG Ultra to go with it.
-
4K on mine, and loving it. Hope I don't need another one. ;D. :drink:

Wow , outstanding , Respect .
-
Bought August '09, just had 10K service. Runs great..44-48 mpg. Seat replacement hassle has been the lone burp.
-
31500 miles, front tire replaced due to cupping at 14000, just replaced original rear tire at 31000 miles, 47 mpg running 2 up.
-
18500 miles on the first rear tire , you kill me .
Nearly 10k miles ( third) front and rear but not good enough , another two weeks and they are gone ,
Bike has 25 k miles
-
just turned 16k. :2vrolijk_21:

The least amount of miles I have traveled on a rear tire with the exception of replacing a tire due to a flat in the past 18 years is 14500 and that was on my 2007 FLHRSE3. Some riders need rear tire replacement due to contact area being to flat from lack of twisties.
-
150 miles :mango: !
But that was just tonight. Back and forth to dinner. :drink:
-
Just turned 23,000 after Sturgis
-
22,800 miles.

I hit 20K on my way home from Sturgis. I have the original tires, the back one just hit the wear indicator bar so it will be replaced this week. I have had zero issues with the bike and really like it.
-
passed 10k this weekend. Rear tire will be replaced this week.
-
30,000km(approx 18,000 miles) all is well
replaced the rear at 15,000km.
-
Just shy of 21k, replaced both tires but because I'm compulsive that way, no cupping. Have had zero issues - loved every minute of riding. Headed to Milwaukee Rally and Door County next week.
-
it's nice to see the SERG guy's are hitting the 20k mark and loving every minute of it....
-
Just turned 12,000 miles- I've put on 6,000 miles since I bought it used on April 30th, which is about what I would put on in a whole riding season with previous bikes.
No prob's at all (is there a "knock on wood" emotiocon?).
Speaking of rubber, I still have lots left- better than normal wear? I wonder if the original owner ever replaced the tires before I bought it at 5,995 miles.....
-
I was worried last week when I was caught in stop and go traffic for over a hour south of Las Vegas in 114degree heat. The 110 clanged and banged like an old thrashing machine but did not miss a beat. Actually I was "done " long before the SERG.. Cannot wait for the warranty to expire so I can let it really breathe.

9500 coming back from Sturgis, new 2010 style compensator sprocket fixed the kickback cranking problem.
-
Just returned from Nashville Wednesday and I turned 10K. Had to replace the rear tire yesterday as I picked up a nail along the way; otherwise no problems - knock on wood.
-
26 grand on mine and I'm still luvin it. Just put on my third set of tires. Cupping's a bich.
-
Wow...Just turned 30,000 miles today...
-
You go Knothead! 24,500 here.
-
about 100 miles during the last 4 month , still not reached the 28 k (27961)miles , damn winter .
-
yulp....... hope to post 45,000 miles by next year at this time God Willing...gotta say I have have 3 good CVO riding buddies to ride with and about 90 % of those miles are with them..
One of which momma controls his riding habits..
-
30K no problems :2vrolijk_21:
-
I'm close to 31k now and just getting started. Have added Cobra pipes finally, SERT, and just had it dyno-ed last week. From 81 hp and 101 torque to now 92 hp and 111 torque, its like having a new bike all over again!
-
It's been a while since I originally asked this question. Good to hear of the good miles and reliability reports. I have to say I only have 18K and some change now...but I do ride like I stole it...plus the blower has been on for the last 10K and it continue's running strong. I will be at Fuel Moto when the weather permits to rerun it on the dyno and see if the 150 hp still stands. I'm guessing it will...Think spring! :coolblue:
-
18k
-
As of Nov 2010 44,750.
Can't wait for "spring"
-
44,700 miles for a guy in cold Hastings, Nebraska......make us guys in Southern USA makes us looks like wimps..
-
I wish our riding season was longer. Last year I rode April thru October put 6K on the Uly and 13K on the Glide. I can't wait for Spring...
-
10,000 last fall. Few small issues, pads and rotors replaced at 5g. Off idle stumble, engine light on some times.Still happy with it.
-
It's been awhile since this thread was updated....just wondering about your miles on the SERG today..... I just turned 38,000 last weekend ..
-
48,000 now, parked for the winter
-
Mine has 39,895 mile on her with no mechanical issues as of yet.
-
29,900 now...
23500 lifters went, took out cam and oil pump.
At the time it was apart we installed cometic gaskets, did valve seals, andrews cams, HV OP, woods lifters, also did the 30T front sprocket and the 139T belt.
29400 the belt broke... :(
back on the road... lets hope that doesnt happen again.
-
Bought my '09 Yellow SERG three weeks ago with 11,700 on it, now I've got 12,900. I expect to have more than double that by this time next year.
-
My 09 just got back from a trip from NE to Grand Haven,MI 2470 miles. Most likely the last big ride of the year. 55406 miles on the clock.
-
Went to MI to see some friends we've been carving pumpkins for the last 5 years.
-
09 with 48,000 and change.
-
40 k miles on the 09 SERG , thought it is much but when i look at yours ... , and have no chance to sell it private here , dealer would take it but for a very poor price when i would take the skunk .

KBB trade-in at least here is $23,900... in stock form.
Have been discussing this informally with my dealer... when the WOODY arrives, I shall look at it and play with it in person. :)

Isnt that how woody's come to be?.. with being touchy?

???? What`s a "woody" ????

???? What`s a "woody" ????
Someone called the '12 FLTRXSE in Maple a "Woody" because of the color I guess (unless it had that effect on the person... but thats aother story all together)

Well my 09 SERG had 41,005 miles on it when I traded it in last Friday on the Skunk.
Took delivery of the 09 SERG Feb 17th 2009.
Traded her Dec 2 2011.
I feel I got a fair price for the trade, and was happy with the overall deal.
-
Good for you, can you share what they gave you for trade-in price on your 09?
-
I can not post what they gave me for trade in price, or what they sold me the new bike for.

-

It does.
Sorry, it is just not fair for me to post them. I know not every one gets the same deal. A first time customer will not get the deal that some one who has bought four new bikes since 09 will get.
-
Just under 18,000. C'mon springtime.
-
2011 SERGU....10 months old....11,880...and getting more everyday
-
It does.

I can agree with this post....
A good loyal customer will get a better, painless deal than someone simply shopping for the "best price deal"
I'm very happy with the deal I got .
Dave, I never thought I would give up my Silver 09 for a '12... but youre right.. the skulls grow on you... :)
-
Just had my 40,000 mile service done....all good
-
I have 28,111 miles on my 09 SERG, I've had a new starter for peeling paint, 3 back tires, 1 was for a nail though, 2 front tires, new head gaskets due to the rear head leaking oil, at 27,500 miles, all cover under extended warranty, The bike is still awesome, runs cooler than other bikes, and I ride it like i stole it daily.
-
Little over 1 year old....18,397 miles...all mine
-
28k all is good :orange:
-
Turned 62K last weekend, the ride continues!
-
Just bought my 11 on 4/10/12 with 1159 miles on it. Picked it up from it's 5k service last night and now at 5100 miles. 2k miles in 2 months and loving every one of them. :apple:

Canton I'm in ALLIANCE we will have to go for a ride !!!
I'll PM you my number. This coming weekend is out. Went to Bike Week on Saturday and met up with a couple of the ladies on here from Toledo.
-
44,500 and about to put 3k+ more with upcoming road trip to Gettysburg PA. Only major issue is not riding enough!
-
I have 130,000 on the '00 SERG I bought new, gear drive cams at 57,000 miles, stator at 85,000, other than that just oil, etc. still runs great, but recently started having a few electrical problems. Found some wires rubbed into the insulation, will get to fixing them when I get a break from work.
I have around 20,000 miles on the '00 SERG I bought used a few months ago. Had 14,850 original miles on it then, so I've put over 5,000 miles on it in the last 3 months.
-
49,000
-
I had 168,000 on my 96 Heritage, and 70,000+ on my Roadking.
I bought a brand new 2011 RGU CVO on 03-03-2011...and I just rolled 24,000.
-
Just hit 7,5000
-
Just rolled 48k on a recent road trip. I sure hope MoCo comes up with one I like for 2013 anniversary edition...
-
I just turned 2800 on my 2001. Its always a pleasure to ride this bike. I have a BMW K1200LTC and a Ducati 888SPO. The SERG is a completely different bike. They all have their faults but the Harley you can still work on. I have hardly no electronics on the bike anymore I trashed the MM fuel Injection due to stumbling, shutting off and crappy power.
