Thank you for your support but for me it's really a pleasure to discuss on this site.
We share the same passion but it's not only the reason.
The sincerity, the spirit and the frienship that I found on this website are very rare when we surf on the net.
Sure the works made by the moderators is also another reason but the members are so sympathetic.

Hey Chief, you fooled us with all that fancy stuff you're doing to your bike. In the process, I didn't notice you blowing right by membership into the Elite CVO Club! Missed it by 4 days, but never too late to say congrats! Keep up the good work. Great posts man! Hoist!

Yes sir Smiler. I sit here with a pad and paper and write down everyone's name and how many posts the make each day. Then I count them everyday to see if anyone has a milestone! How else would you figure that stuff out?

Actually it's a lot simpler, after all this is Cyberspace, isn't it? Hoist!

I could see being amped up after a hockey game.  I played for 25 years or so.  Nearly went to the Bantan age group nationals when I was 15. Lost in the last regional game in LA.

Great game, especially in the last few weeks of the season and the playoffs.

Very cool! You must be pretty good! Do you still skate? I just played some pick-up hockey on and off over the years. I haven't skated in 10 years at least. I really should! I say that every winter, but I hate these NYC public rinks. It's hard to find a decent place to skate in NYC. L.I. is pretty good, but you need residency. Sounds like a good off-topic. "Who played hockey?" Hoist!

I skate from time to time but "old guy" ice is hard to come by here and the ice they make these days is a lot harder then when we were younger

When I met my wife 11 years ago she wanted to do some activities we could do together for fun.  Wanted to know if I ever roller bladed.  Nope, never had.  So we got some blades that Sunday.  She calls me on Monday afternoon and wonders what I'm up to.  Just got back from the park down the road, skated down and back.

What?  How'd you do that?  Hell, I don't know, just skated up the driveway and down the road.  What you do when cars came?  Just skated onto the sidewalk and then back in the road after they went by.  The park is about a mile and a half from our house.  She never had asked if I could skate, just if I ever bladed.  Man was she pissed when I told her I had played hockey half my life.  Never went blading together after that.  Funny how those things go sometimes.

Thanks Hoist. I thought I had slipped in under the radar on this one. If I go back and start deleting my useless posts, I can drop down under 500, way under, and try again.

No worries, quality not quantity is fully understood.  At .4 a day you aren't that far away either.
