Is there a back rest pad available that matches the stock seat since the 2012 FLTRXSE did not come with a back rest factory?

Not that I'm aware of. I went with a Mustang set-up with matching back rest.

If you are talking about the passenger pad, the H-D part number is 52300300. Unless you have the mahogany colored seat that was used on the maple bike. By your pic in your profile I don't think that's the case.

Here is a custom made backrest (driver) fitted into the stock 2012 maple metallic SERG seat shown with the stock rear pillion, made by Seths Auto originals in New Mexico. I will sell you the whole setup if you are interested. I no longer use it as I have a different setup on my bike now. Its all perfect and was used for only a short time after the bike was new. I have the factory backrest to match my '12 FLTRXSE. Perfect match and looks good. I also got the matching FLTRXSE King Tour Pak Backrest Pad for when I have the tour pak on.
