Can you disconnect the amp and determine which wires are speaker and hook up directly to one speaker?

My no sound issue with my FLHXSE2 was the head unit.   Look into Iron Cross Radio in Henderson, NC.  If it's a head unit issue, they can fix it. :2vrolijk_21:

Guys I need to know how to confirm that either the radio or the amplifier went out. How can I check this. The radio does all the functions but no sound. Can I connect without amplifier?

Just so you know the hk radio from 2006 on fits the 2004 and 2005. Plugs right in too.  Stuart.
