Some countries put high tariffs already on HDs.

thats why hd has 'factories' in those countries, to get around the high tariffs.  technically, the bikes aren't imported there, they are 'assembled' there.  normally, i don't agree much with the motley fool, but i do agree with their statement, 'trade wars rarely benefit anyone'.
