Can anyone tell me if the 2018 Cvo street glide comes equipped with siren or is it an add on. For the price of the bike it should.

Yes it does.  If you want to verify, just disconnect the battery ground cable.  I suggest doing that outside, not in the garage.

It's loud.  Or get on your bike without the key fob in range.  Stand it up, move it left/right a few times and/or back the bike up.  Alarm will go off. You don't need to ask me how I know this.
