Folks,
Spoke with Donna at BT. Looking at doing a full speaker and amp replacement on my 2018 CVO Ultra.
Titan 180w 4ch amp
BT355 Line levellers
BT7P1 Pro for front - anyone use these? Compared to Hertz ML?
Hertz ML1650 for rear.
All harnesses needed.
Question, Donna mentioned HD head unit even with line levellers needed radio flash. I don't think so, but wanted to confirm.
The pro series speakers are pretty expensive, are they worth it?
Alternatively I have a similar quote for hertz speakers, marine grade for back, from American Hardbagger
Micro84U Diamond 660w amp
RF DSR1 (I hear the BT355 is the better way, but not sure).

You will need to re-flash the radio configuration to a non-amp system since you are removing the OE amp. The OE amp is part of the canbus system. Takes less the 5 min to do if the tech understands what you are trying to do.
I installed a Biketronics system on my SG and its a great system.
The guys at Biketronics know there stuff!

Thanks Cat Eye. Agreed, a flash is essential. Mike has a new perspective on this ;)
