07 FLHRSE3 FRONT FORKS

Can anyone tell me if the 07 SE Roadking forks are std or lowered from new, Also are they springs and damper both sides or do they have the cartridge system in one side?  if they are std i'm thinking of trying them on the SEEG. Thanks Ady :confused5:
