2008 anniversary ultra

My buddy just bought a 2008 anniversary edition Ultra classic. You guys know of any problems he should address that run with that year and model. The bike has 25,000 miles and it is spotless. It looks as the previous owner took very good care of it.

A couple of service bulletins to check on. One involved head gaskets, heads, acr's and center crank bolt. The other was on the fuel shell in the tank.
