This site is amazing! I live maybe 30 mins from Arlen Ness and haven't heard back from them for about a week, but manage to get a replacement instruction sheet from the UK while trying to help someone in Italy. H-D globalization in action! I'll see what I can get this weekend from Ness Joker, probably not until Sunday.
