I checked with Bub to see what the latest was on the new Rinehart 2-into-1 pipes for touring and here's their reply:
I have a few questions on the new 2-into-1 pipes for Harley touring models:
Thank you for your interest in our products
1. When do you think the new 2-into-1 exhaust for Harley FL models will be available ?
They could be available by the end of March or maybe sooner.

What about a "falsie" for the other side? That is the only thing that has kept me from going back to a 2 into 1. That and Rinehart didn't offer a 2 into 1 previously.

D&D's 2 into pipe looks much better to me, plus you CAN get the falsie.
