New Front tire and shock oil

Had the new 408 tire installed on the front under warranty as the old one was cupping bad.  
Changed the fork oil over to 15 weight. And tightend the steering head bearings back to specs.
I really like the way the front end feels now with less nose dive and less bottoming on bumps.
First time I grabbed a hand full of front brake,I had much better control.
