No way.... And here I thought the lack of a source, the lack of a cite, the lack of an anecdote and/or the lack of even a response all added up to independent verification :huepfenlol2: .

It's very common knowledge of these reported cases.
Do a search, you'll find all about it.

Seems Lone Wolf Performance, Vancouver Island, has tuned a 110"/777/our heads/Fullsac exhaust, to 116 hp/125 ft/lbs, STD, as per his phone call to us yesterday evening.
Looks like the 777 (only part of the combo) works well, set up correctly. ;D

Have a 107 kit going together with the 777 cam , looking forward to getting it on the drum. Know what the 54, 555, 6-6 cam does in this kit will be a great comparison.

We've used the OE pistons in applications that require 10.75 compression, with no issues whatsoever. :)

Scott, thanks for your support of this website.     I am not very good at understanding the complexity of this.  I had an earlier posting that you may be able to help answer.

Question:  If done in layers, although it may not be optimum performance, what is the opinion about replacinng the SE255 cam with the Woods 777 cam and leaving the compression stock for a future upgrade.   This is for a stock CVO 110 motor (ventilator intake and non-cat exhaust).  Would I get a big boost in performance to start and then a greater improvement with a 10.5 compression upgrade I can do later.  Thanks.

X2    I am also interested in this cam and a set of .030 head gaskets!    With head work done at a later date!!!
