I have a friend I just helped build a 95" for we soon relized the super tuner doesent work pre 02 what can we use to tune this bike Harley had put the initial tune in it for us but what is available for this year bike I am familiar with the super tuner and would wrather stick with something oe I possible

Not a lot of simple options for the Marelli bikes.  Power Commander is available and there's a TTS Mastertune version for the Marelli bikes.  Power Commander would be easier (and probably cheaper) though TTS would give you more control.  Beyond those two it gets more difficult and lot more expensive.
