Seems the NTSB is conducting a Motorcycle safty forum in washington DC on Sept 12-13

The goal of the public forum is to gather information about
ongoing motorcycle safety research and initiatives, as well
as safety countermeasures that may reduce the likelihood of
motorcycle accidents and fatalities," Hersman said.

They're going to discuss all those topics in a one day forum? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  Gee, that should accomplish a lot.  Sounds like NTSB is approaching it with some opnions already decided on.

If they come up w/ recomendations for increased m.c. training and awareness, increased penalties for R/W violators and "distracted" drivers I'd think that'd be a good thing. But when it's helmets and airbags they'll lose me. Eternal vigilence. Thanks for the heads up Magoo.
