Breakout Chin Spoiler?

For those that have this style chin spoiler on their Breakout,  does it "catch" a lot of road debris?  The reason I'm asking is that when I owned a V-Rod, I would have to clear the leaves and other road debris at fuel refills. 

Ballz:
I love the look. Will it fit on a 2014 CVO. I was trying to find one but they are saying that it will not fit. Do you have a number on that unit. I would order one now.
