FXDWG3 CVO goodies?

Did the FXDWG3 come with the CVO goodies like the cover and gold key when they were new?  I'm the second owner, bought in 2004, didn't even know I was buying a CVO at the time, didn't know what CVO even was, so I don't have those accessories.

Going to sell it now and a potential buyer asked if I had the cover.  I can't find anything that says it came with it back then.

My FXDWG2 has a cover, I don't think the gold keys were introduced yet??

Buy early:
WG2 and WG3"s came with a cover with red (WG2) or blue (WG3) flames. No gold key. HD hadn't started the gold key program yet.
