Installing KuryAkyn Vertical License Plate Frame on 2013 CVO Breakout

I want to install the KuryAkyn vertical license plate frame on my 2013 CVO Breakout. The question I have is what happens to the license plate light that is attached to the left turn signal? Is the install difficult?
