Get your OEM one reworked by a decent local upholsterer. If it doesn't suit you can then get it reworked without much bother. Buying a seat long distance is a gamble at best. What one finds comfortable another not. I bought a seat base and got an upholsterer to make me the seat with the materials, foam density and gel insert of my choice. That is the way to go to ensure what you get is best for YOU!

Saddlemen has some offerings for our bikes now. Some look rather plush.

I hear ya man. It's tuf to nail down a new saddle. Hell, after almost a year I finally picked out a new solo lol. Ended up with a buttcrack with airhawk.

I can say that the Sundownwer from Harley is pretty darn nice. I have the seat and pillion for when I take the girly for rides. Honestly, I think if I could have the airhawk added into the seat (not ontop) that seat would be damn near perfect.

The adjustability of the airhawk bladders makes a big difference. Kind of like changing shows during a long walk.
