Lifter Rollers not Centered on Cam Lobes

My son has a 100" Ultima motor and the Cam chest is 1/4" wider than stock. It does have S&S lifter blocks for the offset cam chest. It looks like the Roller Lifters aren't centered on all the cam lobes. Is this normal?
