2004 Low rider Windshield/ Driving Lamp combo help

Has any one had any experience installing Harley's Auxillary Lamp set on a Low Rider with a regular fixed Mount Windshield? I have a factory windshield that can be removed by loosening the Hex nuts.  I want to add the driving lamps but am not sure if I need the special windshield for that application and do I need to relocate turn signals that presently hang from handle bars.
How would these look with the 39mm forks.   Thanks   [smiley=drink.gif]       Crazy1
