Today went on a 300 mile trip just to get the break in 500 miles out of the way.
It was a killer to spend 4 hours on the bike obeying the 55 MPH 2500 RPM limits.
Coming back was a blast. Didn't get crazy but it was nice to take it up to 70 MPH. Very smooth, but it need more work.
Darn California Emissions!!

This bike is loaded with all kinds of goodies.  Personally, thow, I think that you should have posted a new thread just on this bike.  Do you happen to work for HD?

Hey Turk!

I also have a 2001 Wideglide2 and LOVE it, but I must admit, the 2003 Sreamin' Eagle Road King is the only bike so far that I would have even considered trading up to.  

Good luck and I wish you a LOT more miles on it than you did on the 2001.
