Boom GT 2018 CVO GPS not reading correctly

My GPS stopped working while out riding. The icon is moving however it has no clue where I am either!  The radio works, it allows me to enter a destination. It simply isn't showing me where I'm at. The first day it did this I pulled the fairing thinking I disconnected something. Nope. After opening the fairing it started working again. Second day out all was good. Third day out and it isn't working. While riding my radio rebooted which was odd. It is stupid hot out and I suspect the radio is overheating. I'm going to try it again tomorrow after it sits all night.

Any thoughts? A search of the forum didn't net me much information relating to this.

I planned on changing to the 19 GTS radio this winter, not this summer...

The GPS worked this morning when I didn't need it and stopped working this afternoon. I think it is heat related.

This bike is still under warranty so I'm going to reach out to the dealer.
