Waited 5weeks for my 12 Flhxse3.. Spent the last month doing mods...16" apes,VH power duals,fulsac 2.5 baffles, and a chit ton of bolt ons...and wouldn't you know it....I didn't read the SM on batt disconnect, didn't think it was a big deal...just disconnected neg term...been a month...put batt tender on to make sure batt was up..seemed ok until I tried to start it...NO CRANK...security light comes on after a few secs and stays on...no headlight,no turn signals,radio ok..
No check engine light either...it doesn't even test out...It should come on then go out but nothing...no horn either...
I think I might have blown the Bcm...gonna check fuses tomm, ran out of time....I hope it's a fuse or just a reset or something...next time I def will pull main fuse with ign switch on! That's for sure....I can't believe just disconnecting the batt did all this.....damn...
