Has anyone tried these New Mufflers made just for 17-19 CVO Touring?

I have not seen nor tried the Supertrapp slip-ons for the M8 bikes. However, I was a fan of the full exhaust system for the twin-cam.

That said, for less than half the cost, some basic hand tools and a few hours of your time. You can install the Fullsac 2.0" cores with techmat screens and retain the factory appearance of the exhaust with a KNOWN good quality outcome.

Hell, if you call Fullsac tell them you are on this forum, they will make you a good price on a complete exhaust system. (Headpipe, all components to re-core your stock mufflers and a TTS mastertune module with a tune.)
