Was just asked if Daymaker LED would fit on an 01 SERG.  I've not tried so can't say for sure.  The instructions for the light say 2004 and newer.  Harley's fitment matrix is often more suggestion than fact though and I can't think of any reason why a light that fits an 04 wouldn't work all the way back to 1998.

Just check and an 05 Street Glide still takes the fairing with the -98 part number.  So what am I missing or forgetting that would make this light not fit the older bikes?  Or is Harley's fitment matrix just wrong again?  Anyone put that light on an 03 or earlier Road Glide so can say for sure?

I have installed Day maker LEDs  in a 2001 SE . The installation was easy  the new LEDs come with one adjuster shorter than what is in original light assembly . I simply changed out the short adjuster for the adjuster in the original assembly. Rest was just re install and plug axillary wire for Day maker  Harley emblems into orange with white stripe wire .

Have done one now also.   Simple little change and their figment matrix would be universal to 1998.
