Sound dampening

Guy's,

Is there any advantage to using any of these sound dampning products to line the fairing?

Normally I would try this but I'm not giving critters any material to build their nest with.

I used some stuff similar to Dynamat...but with a plastic lining. Sure helps with the bass. Make sure to use the plastic lined variety as opposed to foil lined though. The foil will cut down on radio reception if you have a hidden antenna and will cut down on the range of range of a garage door opener if you have one inside the faring.
