I mounted one on the crash bar, and it worked great.  The downfall?  Once you hit a bug, you have the rest of the video

That's the one I've got coming.  So that case is one thing I won't need to buy.   :drink:

I too have tried 4 or 5 mount locations but I like the view better from the fairing/windshield or my helment!

I like the helmet mount because that way I get a recording of what I'm looking at during the ride. Like when I am passing a fellow rider, one glance and he/she is clearly visible vs. when the camera is mounted on the bike and only recording what's straight ahead.
