Had never seen that before.  Was curious until the very end when one guy pulled his chute.  Was hoping they some way to spill enough to speed to come in without a chute but didn't see anything in the gear to make it possible.  Screw it; chute works.

They do have a way to come in for a landing without a chute.  It's called a crash landing or instant death.

At one time it was called a "bounce"; probably still is.

Those folks are extreme.…what a gas! Landing your jumpsuit would be a trick! You would surely be reminded of the ½” rule if you managed to pull it off. The wingsuits were banned in the late ‘70’s and ‘80’s; although I can’t remember why….I think that I used to know why but I can’t remember that either.  :)

The 40 way shot above was taken over Zyphyrhills, Fla. in ’85, out of a DC3 called Southern Cross. Back then a 40 way was a big deal, today not so much; still a hell of a lot of fun, though!   :smilie_staub:

Someone will come up with it someday......I would have never guessed you could do a backflip on a dirtbike either. Back in the '70's & 80's we would haved laughed it off.....

No way in the world I'm going to be doing something like that. Did you see/hear the guy as he went flying by that road?? Not only are these guys going fast they were real close to (solid) objects. :shocked2:
