Ok here we go...
 
Yes it will bold on to a 2011 But No there is no adaptor.  Also, We have that on back order till Jan 2011. 
I can put your name on the list so when it becomes available your in line...

This is the answer I receiver....looks like the original plug must be cut and sliced and connected :nervous:.

Loose the light and drill holes and mount it to the fender looks best IMHO.

Very nice!   :2vrolijk_21:  What material did you use between the plate bracket and fender?  I have the bracket but just need to install it this winter.   :drink:

I like the spacer between the frame and fender.  What did you use?

If you go to the SERG3 page there is a "how to" thread. The rubber molding you see around the plate frame was something I had left over from an Electra glide. It may have been the molding between the inner and outer fairing or molding from the gas tank console. You may be able to find molding at AutoZone too. May have to use a little heat gun to help curve it around the corners.

Hidden between the fender and the Michigan plate is a piece of rubber cut to suit (I used an old rubber car floor mat).

Also I used a couple "rubber 1/4" fender washers" where the (4) screws hold it all up against the fender.

    Turned out good, but I fought it for a few hrs till I was happy with it.

Can't help you much with this but I went out a took a couple of pics of the mount from under the fender. HTH.
