The ice and cold finally went away around here and it was 36 this morning when we left and up in the 70's now. Just got in from a 350 mile day . Cleaned her up and thought I would post some more pics.

Very nice looking scooter. That chopped TP looks good. I have to finish my King TP w/solo rack sometime. I like the looks of the chopped but the utility of the King. Keep on with the mods!

It is certainly a trade off. I deliberated a long time about going with a king this time but just couldn't force myself to do it. I find the less I can carry the less I need and so does she. I do a lot of long trips but I just travel light and send  stuff home by fedex when needed . You can get by on about 3 changes of clothes  counting what you wear when you leave on a two weeker if you can do laundry occasionally and send some things home when you shop. 1 good jacket and all weather pants each and couple pairs of gloves each and toiletries. Also 1/2 helmets (2 of them) will fit nicely in the chopped pak when you go in to eat or whatever if you like those helmets. Works for us anyway.

You get to put some of your stuff in the TP?!?   :'(  WoW. I get part of a saddlebag and what I can stuff in my pockets. Just mess with ya.

Actually you have caught me! I do get one saddlebag and she gets the other one and the tourpak. Since we share a bag of toiletries she says thats fair. Who am I to object???? By the way that RK is pretty damn awsome!

HD did a decent job of incorporating the graphics on the chopped pak. Almost matches the bike better than the king pak.

Just funnin' with ya ... (but the graphics do look good on the cp)
