Have not done it to the King, yet, but I did install one on my Fat Boy. The passing lamps were no problem, just wire them up. The turn signals I had to cut wires and splice, and I don't like to do this, but I had no problems.

There is a passing light kit available for the 04 Road King. It is in the 04 Parts and Accessory Catalog.
I have been told that is the one to use on our bikes.

Just got finished installing the passing light kit on my 03. I will post a picture shortly. It was a breeze to install. Everything was just bolt up and snap in.

I did it but kept the turn signals in orig. location. I like the look better and makes it a little different. Not hard to do at all. Just do it slow. Good luck.
