You can find plenty of bogus pdf Harley manuals for sale online these days, but I'm not aware of any official ones from Harley.  It would be nice if they would offer them as pdf or even on a CD/DVD.  But if all you want to do is look up part numbers and look at illustrations, you can use the online catalogs offered by Ronnie's Harley-Davidson or St. Charles Harley-Davidson.
