As usual, a fine job by my tuner guy I've been using for 6 years. Final run was 95 hp and 107 tq. We did:
- fullsac headers
- VH monster rounds
- zippers big ac
- SERT
Bottom line though, at least it does not sound like a golf cart anymore!!
Get this -- the parts guy ate his words. He was pushing me to VH headers. He saw these numbers and really likes it. Plus he admitted that fullsac costs less than VH!!
ATTN FULLLSAC: my long time tech/tuner guy said the fullsac went on better than HD!! He really liked the quality -- and after the run he really likes the numbers!.
THE RIDE HOME -- HOLY SKAMOLIANS !!! Right where I want it -- while in 6th I can zap around those trux on the Interstate. The torque is just something to be experienced.

Things look right. Those # are identical to what I got on my 2009 SERG with the fullsac baffles, catless header, and mastertune.

I'll post the final sheet when I get home later. Bottom line though, at least it does not sound like a golf cart anymore!!

Last for now -- my long time tech said the fullsac went on better than hd!! He really liked the quality.
Jim,
Other than liking the brand, is there a reason why you changed out the Ventilator AC for the Zippers? They're both free-flowing AC's

Yes. I have had a custom cut AC cover honoring Operation REDWING 19 -- will post pix tonight. DOOFUS

Interesting that there is a big dip in TQ and a smaller one in HP right at about 2300-2700 RPM where the AFR also dips. Doofus, did the tuner do this on purpose or by reason, or what's your take? Don't get me wrong, overall it looks strong. And according to the seat of YOUR pants, works well.
Thanks, and laters........

Here ya go pal -- in honor of OPERATION REDWING.

While in Daytona last week I rode over to Doc's Performance Tuning. Doc was able to fit me in for a tune so I thought I would post the results for the combination I have. I have included the SAE and the STD dyno sheets.
The bike and mods.
2011 FLTRUSE Rio Red/Black Ember (had to mention the color cause the red ones are faster)
SE Ventilator Air Filter Kit
SE 251 Cams
Fulsac X Pipe
Rinehart 4" Slip-ons
TTS Mastertune
SAE Graph.
-
STD Graph.
-
Did he really load it in the dyno as a 2011 Ultra Classic???? you know its gonna go even better without all the aerodynamics of the fixed fairing
-
Yep. I didn't notice it until I got home.
-
Nice job.

So did you make all the mods and then drop the Fullsac map into this ECM before taking it to Doc? Or did you just leave it factory and the go to Doc's?

I had the SE Pro Tuner with a canned map that I made a few adjustments to. Doc talked me into the TTS. Well worth the investment.

In the neighborhood of 85 Hp and 102 TQ, give or take. You typically get about 10% increase on both ends with an exhaust change and better MAP.
