The 2010 CVO Ultra tour pak LED light bar/LED is not, apparently, a restricted part. I was at my local dealer's today and, to pass some time, looked through the FLHTCUSE5 parts book supplement and noticed the pages for the tour pak and lighting. The parts guy ran a few of the part numbers for me to satisfy my curiousity about whether these are restricted parts or not and h-dnet.com said "no." Below are the results of entering the part numbers in Zanotti's on-line order/check-out:

The housing is color-matched - not available primered. The paint codes for the other colors are DDZ (Riptide Blue) and DEC (Burnt Amber).

Those who want lights on an FLHXSE tour pak may want to consider this option. Of course, the light bar will require paint to match, but it's an option worth considering IMO.
